Privacy

Last updated 2026-10-25. We wrote this in plain words to match what the site does today. A lawyer has not reviewed it yet.

isxy is run by Supernal Intelligence DBA SI 42, King County, Washington, USA (“we”). We are the data controller for what this page describes. Contact, including requests to see or delete your data: i@supernal.ai. We do not sell personal information and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking.

What we collect and why

• If you apply to test: your email address, the product types you picked, and the lowest price you typed, if any. We use them to decide who to invite to a test and to contact you about it.
• If you request a test as a maker: your email address, your product address, the package you picked and your note. We use them to reply to you and to prepare the test.
• Visits: a random identifier that the site stores in your browser (the item is called isxy_session), the page events you cause (a visit, a click on a form or package), and the campaign tags in the address you arrived from (for example utm_source). We use them to count how many people visit and to learn which posts bring people. We use no analytics script from another company.
• Server logs: our host and database provider see your IP address and browser details when you load a page. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
• Recordings: we do not collect screen recordings yet. Before any recording, we will show a separate notice that says what is captured, who sees it, how long we keep it and how to withdraw.

Who else sees it

Vercel hosts the site and Supabase stores the data. Both act for us. Our servers and the database are in the United States. We do not share your email address with makers or the public. If you ask us to, or the law requires it, we will say what we hold.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and requests until you ask us to delete them or we close the early-access list, and we will tell you before we close it. Visit events are kept for the same period. Ask for deletion at the address above.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you. You can clear the isxy_session item from your browser at any time. Do not use the site if you are under 18.

Changes

We will change the date above when this notice changes and tell applicants by email if the change affects them.
