Who runs isxy
isxy is run by Supernal Intelligence DBA SI 42, King County, Washington, USA (“we”). Questions, deletion requests and legal notices: i@supernal.ai. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.
What isxy is today
isxy is in early access. The site collects applications from people who want to test products and requests from makers who want their product tested. No payment is taken on this site, and sending an application or a request does not create a contract to test or to be tested. We run the first tests by invitation.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement where you live. We are starting with testers in the United States.
If you apply to test
- Applying is free. It does not guarantee a task, and we may decline an application without giving a reason.
- Before your first task we will send you the tester rules in full. They will cover how your screen recording is used and stored, keeping a maker’s product private, how and when you are paid, and the tax details we need. You must agree to them before you record anything.
- You are paid for each report we accept, at the price we agree with you before the task. You are not paid for rejected reports. We will say why a report was rejected.
- A report is accepted when it is specific, matches its recording and is honest. We never accept or reject a report because it is positive or negative. We may include checks that you cannot see in advance to measure honesty.
- Do not use your own accounts, passwords or private data on a maker’s product, and do not show other people’s private information in a recording.
- If you publish what you found, say that you were paid to test.
If you request a test as a maker
- A request is free. It does not charge you or hold a slot. We will email you the price and the order terms before you pay anything.
- You choose the most sessions you want and the most you will pay. The price per session settles by how many testers accept it. You never pay more than your maximum.
- You confirm that you have the right to let others use your product, and you will give testers test accounts where the product needs a login.
- You may not pay for, ask for or hint at a favorable report. Reports are not edited or removed because a maker dislikes them.
- We do not promise that testers will find every problem, that they will find any problem, or that a test will cover security.
- Recordings and findings are shared with you. Nothing is made public without a separate agreement from you and from the tester.
Use of the site
Do not attack the site, submit other people’s details without their permission, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block use that harms the site or other people.
No warranty and limits
The site and any early-access service are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability to you for anything related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for changes that affect a test already agreed we will email you first. These terms are governed by the law of Washington State, USA. Write to us first at the address above so we can try to settle a problem together.
